Contributed Rakeback

This method is very different to the dealt rakeback method which pays you regardless of whether you contributed to the pot or not. Contributed rakeback requires you to have put money in to the pot to receive rakeback, it isn’t significant how much you put in the pot so you could limp in, or simply pay your blinds but you must have “contributed” to receive rakeback on the hand.

Example Of Contributed Rakeback

Ten players are dealt cards in a hand. Two players pay blinds (not significant what size they are) every other player folds. The total rake for the hand is $1, each player who paid the blinds receives rakeback on $0.50 ($1/2). So at Aced poker which uses the contributed method to calculate rakeback, you will receive 30% rakeback on $0.50 which is $0.15.
